Responsibilities:- Lead a cross-functional team, including data scientists, marketing experts and data engineering, to run upselling and cross-selling activities for our Client.- Develop new use cases to increase sales and revenues of the B2B Customers of the Client Develop and fine-tune predictive and adaptive models to make them intelligent, leveraging deep learning methods and architectures.- Lead model development and guide team members in building, testing, and deploying ML models at scale.- Inject GenAI capabilities/use cases in the day-by-day activities to boost the performances
- PhD in GenAI / Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, or Applied Mathematics.
- Proven experience in data science, machine learning, and optimization models.
- Proficiency in Python, Spark, Scala, or R, using open-source frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML/DL and statistical concepts.
- Effective technical communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring junior associates.
