Job Description

Black & Grey HR is seeking a Data Insights Analyst for a top university in the Northern Emirates. The analyst will be responsible for summarizing findings, recommending improvements, assessing their impact, and preparing detailed reports.

Responsibilities include:
- Oversee the performance management cycle, including KPI selection, target setting, and progress reviews.
- Conduct and manage surveys for students, staff, and stakeholders, and report findings for decision-making.
- Review and suggest action plans to improve all university units.
- Assess the impact of improvements and prepare annual strategic reports.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for various data tasks.
- Validate and analyze institutional data, and write reports based on findings.
- Work with OIPE team members and perform tasks as directed by the Executive Director.
- Manage bench-marking processes and coordinate data for publications and rankings.
- Prepare data for UN SDGs and THE Impact Ranking submissions.


Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
- At least five years of experience in strategy, data analysis, dashboard creation, and report writing.
- Expertise in statistical software packages and other related software tools.
- Advanced skills in Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, etc.
- Advanced skills in professional report writing
