About the job Senior Customer Service Representative
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in export and import management within the manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and logistics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing orders from initiation to delivery.
- Oversee export and import operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with logistics providers, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and shipment details.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
- Train and mentor junior customer service representatives.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, production, and logistics, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
