Senior Customer Service Representative

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in export and import management within the manufacturing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and logistics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing orders from initiation to delivery.
• Oversee export and import operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with logistics providers, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and shipment details.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
• Train and mentor junior customer service representatives.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, production, and logistics, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
