Job Description
Responsibility and Focus
As a Senior Creative Coder, you will be at the intersection of creativity and technology, leveraging your technical expertise to develop innovative digital solutions and experiences. You will collaborate with creative teams, strategists, designers, and developers to bring ideas to life, pushing the boundaries of technology to create engaging and immersive user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Innovation and Development: Develop and prototype creative technology solutions, including interactive installations, web applications, AR/VR experiences, and other digital platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and project managers to conceptualize and execute projects.
• Prototyping and Testing: Create prototypes and conduct testing to validate concepts and refine user experiences.

Technical & Product
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of experience in a creative technology role or related position.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). Proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or similar.
• Creative Tools: Familiarity with creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• AR/VR Development: Experience with AR/VR technologies and platforms such as Unity, Unreal Engine, WebXR, or similar.
• Prototyping Tools: Proficiency in prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, or similar.
• UX/UI Design: Strong understanding of user experience and interface design principles.
Preferred Skills:
• Physical Computing: Knowledge of physical computing, IoT, and hardware prototyping.
• AI/ML: Familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts and applications.
• DevOps: Understanding of DevOps practices and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and ensure high-quality output in alignment with client and company expectations.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs, present ideas, and provide technical insights to inform project direction.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and project managers to conceptualize and execute projects.
Innovative & Analytical Mindset
Research and Trends: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in the digital and creative technology space.
Analyze project requirements and constraints to develop creative solutions that enhance the tech and functional aspects of the project.
Apply critical thinking to evaluate tech choices and their impact on the overall project, making data-driven decisions when possible.
Encourage experimentation and risk-taking within the team, while ensuring adherence to project goals and client expectations.
Qualifications
Education and Experience Required
Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of experience in a creative technology role or related position.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred but not required.
A portfolio of tech-based solutions and past work.
