We are currently recruiting for a Senior Coordinator Social Media Now for our client to be based out of their Dubai office.
Job Purpose:
- Monitor trending topics and engage with relevant social media profiles.
- Create bi-weekly or ad hoc reports on community sentiment and viral/negative content.
- Respond to all comments and mentions within 3 hours of SLA.
- Re-share user generated content daily.
- Monitor trending topics and engage with relevant social media profiles.
- Prepare weekly reports on industry and platform trends.
- Publish and adapt content across channels per platform guidelines.
- Coordinate with paid media agencies for content sharing.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on social media platforms.
- Draft weekly and monthly social media activity reports with key metrics.
- Work with paid media agencies on campaign content reports.
- Conduct social listening research as required.
- Assist with logistics during shoots, including props and permits.
- Film content for stories and posts & maintain a social media content archive.
- Translate and adapt content from English to Arabic.
- Collaborate on creating Arabic-first content.
- Transcribe and translate videos for captions and subtitles.
