Senior Contracts Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Senior Contracts Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance, and managing risks associated with contract terms.

Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure that all contractual obligations are met and that project deliverables are aligned with contract terms.
• Manage changes to contract agreements, including variations, and assess their impact on project budgets and timelines.
• Provide support to project managers regarding contractual matters and risk assessments.
• Conduct regular audits of contracts and compliance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with legal advisors to resolve disputes related to contracts.
• Maintain accurate documentation of contract performance, changes, and correspondence.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior contracts engineers.
