You will oversee the creation, production, and management of compelling video content for our brands, from high-level brand campaigns to day-to-day social media content. Working closely with our marketing and creative teams, you’ll ensure alignment with brand guidelines while driving engagement, brand awareness, and conversions. 

What You'll Do


  • Content Creation & Execution: Plan, shoot, light, and edit video content across multiple formats, from high-impact brand campaigns to social media videos. Manage all aspects of video execution.
  • Creative Production: Oversee the full lifecycle of video projects, from concept development and storyboarding to final delivery. Ensure alignment with brand voice and campaign objectives.
  • Photography: Capture high-quality images for social media, campaigns, and aggregator platforms. Prior experience with food or lifestyle photography is a plus.
  • Equipment & Inventory Management: Maintain, organise, and manage the video and photography equipment inventory to ensure everything is in top working condition for projects.
  • Campaign Ideation & Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to brainstorm fresh concepts for campaigns, seasonal promotions, and new product launches.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of content creators and editors. Provide direction and feedback on projects, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with brand standards.
  • Project Management: Oversee project timelines and deliverables to ensure content production is completed on time and within budget. Collaborate with external vendors and freelancers as necessary.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyse performance metrics for video content, making data-driven improvements and testing new formats to maximise engagement and conversions.
  • Explore AI Creative Solutions: Stay informed on AI-driven creative tools and trends, with an eye for implementing efficient solutions that enhance our content production capabilities.
