About the Business Consulting Service Line

Our Business Consulting service line offers bespoke advisory solutions that prioritize flexibility and personalized client service - our clients are our top priority. Our clientele spans diverse industries and all sizes from SMEs to International Groups and listed companies. We work as experts to tackle unique challenges and seize opportunities, crafting innovative strategies that drive sustainable growth and success.

As a Senior Consultant some of your responsibilities will include:

• Managing project phases from planning to completion across diverse industries
  
• Collaborating closely with managers and staff, driving client management and practice development
• Providing hands-on client support that exceeds client expectations
• Actively work on engagement supporting Senior Managers

Think you've got what it takes to be a Senior Consultant? Like the color purple? Great. Here's a few more boxes we're also hoping you can tick:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or other relevant degrees
• 2 – 3+ years of related work experience in consulting practice
• Demonstrates strong HR Advisory technical skills
• Good knowledge and understanding of technical expertise within HR, wider people and talent
• Core consulting skills, including project management and change management
• Experienced in HR operating model design and delivery, including policy, process, and HR systems
• Qualified in an international professional qualification such as CIPD
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Strong written and spoken English. Arabic speaking would be advantageous
• Motivated to build excellent working relationships and meet deadlines successfully in a fast paced & dynamic environment
• Confident communicator and can deliver messages with impact to a wide variety of audiences
• Ability to take initiative to manage numerous projects simultaneously under time constraints
