Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Consultant with 10 to 12 years of experience in Business Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations and a good understanding of networks. This hybrid role requires working both remotely and on-site during day shifts. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of business operations strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee the analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on business operations best practices to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and achieve desired outcomes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business operations processes and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of business operations initiatives to ensure they meet established objectives.
- Conduct regular reviews of business operations to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance business operations.
- Facilitate training and development programs for team members to improve their skills and knowledge in business operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in all business operations activities.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on business operations projects and initiatives.

Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in business operations with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address business operations challenges.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Show proficiency in using business operations tools and technologies to streamline processes.
- Have a good understanding of network domain skills to support business operations initiatives.
- Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of business operations.
Certifications Required
Certified Business Operations Professional (CBOP) or equivalent certification.
