Job Description

Position Title:             Senior Commercial Manager

Employment Type:     Full Time

Salary:                         up to 25K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

            A Dubai based international shipping vessel agency servicing Africa and Europe

 

Job Description:

  • Identify market opportunities and formulate plans to capture new business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals & Mentor the same strategy to the commercial team to drive performance.
  • Drive business growth by identifying and targeting new markets and revenue streams
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the commercial team, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure elevated levels of productivity, motivation, and professionalism within the department.

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Open to European and CIS nationalities
  • 42 years old and below
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Shipping, Oil& Gas Shipping or Maritime Logistics within GCC is advantage.
