Description
Full Lifecycle Project Management: Lead and manage all commercial aspects of luxury real estate projects, from pre-concept design to final handover, ensuring delivery within budget and schedule while maintaining quality standards.Consultant & Contractor Management: Oversee the selection, appointment, and performance of design consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Ensure contracts are in line with project requirements and corporate standards.Procurement & Cost Management: Lead procurement strategies for contractors and suppliers, ensuring effective tendering, negotiation, and management of supply chains. Monitor and control project costs, providing cost reports and forecasts to senior leadership.Commercial & Contract Management: Administer contracts, manage commercial risks, and ensure compliance with terms. Handle disputes and claims with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders, ensuring resolution in line with project goals.Client Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of commercial objectives.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate commercial risks throughout the project life-cycle. Ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled, and project variations are managed effectively.Reporting: Provide regular updates and commercial reports to senior management, highlighting project performance, cost control, and financial risks.Team Leadership: Mentor and lead junior commercial staff, creating a collaborative and high-performance culture within the project team.
Profile
The successful candidate for the Senior Commercial Manager position will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in a Real Estate Developer, PMC, or Cost Consultancy, particularly within luxury hotels, branded residences, or large-scale residential communities. They will possess at least 15 years of experience in commercial management with MRICS - a critical qualification for this role.
