The Senior Client Advisors will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to meet sales target, thereby, supporting the overall success of the business.
Responsibilities in this role entails qualitatively monitoring and updating customer information with company tools to retain current customers and to identify new potential clients. The Senior Client Advisors will also represent the business, acting as brand ambassadors of the company.
About You
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must have solid knowledge and strong experience in luxury retail in the UAE. Successful candidates will possess a strong client focused attitude, excelling in building strong relationships with high - end clients. Ideal candidates would also be proactive go-getters, who are skilled in storytelling and passionate about fashion.
Due to the nature of this role, excellent communication skills in English is required, with proficiency in Russian being an advantage.
