Job Purpose:
The purpose of adding a Business Development and Partnership Manager (BDM) to the team is to ensure they drive revenue growth and expand the company's market presence. They should achieve this by identifying, cultivating, and securing new business opportunities and ensuring correct collaboration with current partners.
Responsible for:
• Collaborating with other companies or individuals to create mutually beneficial arrangements.
• Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
• Participate in Creating and implementing effective sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
• Providing insights into market dynamics and customer behavior.
• Developing strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to boost overall performance.
• Ensuring the right resources (people, budget) are requested and allocated to business partners.
• Identifying and building strategic partnerships that benefit the organization is a core responsibility.
• Developing and implementing strategies to generate new leads and support the sales team in closing deals.
• Maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential partners is essential.
• Be involved in networking events, attending conferences, and fostering positive relationships that can lead to new business opportunities.
• Forecast revenue and expenses for BD plans to ensure the organization has the resources to achieve its objectives.
• Ensure that all operations in the region adhere to relevant regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.
• Establish and maintain quality control measures to uphold service standards and client satisfaction.
• Generate regular reports on regional operations, performance metrics, and compliance status, and present findings to the general manager.
• Join all the needed meetings with a prepared agenda and have a voice in communications.
• Collaborate closely with the Regional Director to report and review all the operational tasks on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

• Proven track record of success in business development within the forex industry.
• Extensive experience in financial markets, with a deep understanding of forex trading.
• Strong network of contacts within the forex industry, including brokers, financial institutions, and potential clients.
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and formulate effective strategies.
• Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to win new business and cultivate long-term client relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
• Familiarity with trading platforms, financial software, and analytical tools used in the forex industry.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Understanding of data analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
