InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel & residence in the heart of Dubai Marina with 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event space and restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five-star presence.


A little taste of your day-to-day:
Your role will include but not be limited to:


  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement high-impact sales strategies focused on driving business in the luxury and long-stay segments, with clear objectives to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Market Penetration & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and convert them into measurable sales, contributing directly to the hotel’s revenue goals. Proactively engage in sales calls, client meetings, networking events, and trade shows, focusing on building a solid client base and generating leads.
  • Brand Advocacy: Advocate for the hotel brand at all levels, ensuring consistent messaging that aligns with the brand’s luxury positioning, while enhancing awareness in the target market.
  • Sales Tracking & Performance Optimization: Track progress against sales targets and adjust strategies as needed to ensure goals are met or exceeded. Implement all sales actions as per the sales plan, tracking performance against specific KPIs to ensure that all targets are met.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with luxury clients, corporate accounts, and long-term guests, ensuring high conversion rates and repeat business. Ensure a timely and professional response to client inquiries, aiming for quick conversion and high client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration & Internal Alignment: Work closely with internal teams (operations, reservations, marketing, etc.) to ensure that all sales commitments are fulfilled seamlessly, delivering exceptional service and enhancing client loyalty. Share relevant sales data with other departments to ensure the efficient and smooth delivery of services to all clients and guests.
  • Market Insights & Reporting: Provide weekly sales reports outlining business performance, lead conversion rates, and progress towards targets, along with actionable insights for optimization. Provide regular feedback to the Commercial Director on market trends, competitor strategies, and sales performance, using insights to refine strategies and maximize business results.
  • Support for Hotel Promotions & Events: Support hotel promotions and events, ensuring that target markets are effectively reached, resulting in increased sales and brand exposure.
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership: Consistently meet and exceed personal sales goals and contribute to achieving team sales targets through collaboration and teamwork. Foster a high-performing, collaborative environment where knowledge sharing drives results.

Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:


  • Proven track record in a senior sales role within the luxury hotel sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferredIf you are passionate about hospitality and ready to makes a difference
