Job Description

Overview 


MBC is looking for a highly motivated and a dynamic individually to take responsibility for and deliver results in growing distribution & TV Products team. This position focuses on driving operational efficiency, process improvement, and ensure strategic alignment across all Business Units and Departments.


Key responsibilities and accountabilities


  • Proactively identify the need for stakeholder involvement, identify and resolve roadblock and risks and manage day-to-day execution of the initiatives.
  • Assisting in implementation and monitoring of strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with different business units and teams to ensure continuous alignment.
  • Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that business priorities are met, goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.
  • Work closely in preparing/reviewing operational plans and action plans to identify actionable improvements for projects being handled.
  • Work closely with marketing, research, product, technology and other cross functional departmental teams to formulate or improve workflows/communications.
  • Organize, update, and maintain databases about projects, deals, priorities, partners, etc. 
  • Responsible for functions such as arranging operational meetings, writing minutes of meetings and actionable report to be reviewed and followed-up by respective units.
  • Manage communication by liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
  • Maintain and refine internal processes that support internal and external resources to expedite workflows. 

Requirements


  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in corporate environment. 
  • Candidates with experience in Media or Telco will be given a preference.
  • Preferably an MBA or a degree in Business from a well reputed university.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Organized and confident to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to present persuasively at a senior level.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
