What You'll Do?
Train and supervise baristas
Greet customers and take orders
Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages
Stock and restock supplies
Maintain the cleanliness of the cafe and equipment
Resolve customer complaints
Follow health and safety regulations
Ensure quality control of all beverages
Monitor inventory and order supplies when needed
What Are We Looking For?
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
Ability to prepare coffee drinks quickly and accurately
Skilled in customer service and communication
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Familiarity with different types of coffee beans and grinds
Knowledge of proper food handling procedures
Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
