OVERALL, PURPOSE:
Support in the development of Operations, Compliance and Performance Audit strategy for the Industry Department, and continuously monitor its effectiveness to be aligned with the long-term objectives.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1- Participate in the planning, scoping, execution, and reporting of specific and/or assigned audits based on identified risks in the industry Department. Conduct advanced analysis using relevant audit methodologies and approaches to derive insights, improvement measures, and recommendations to support management decision making.
2- Possess a strong understanding of Auditee’s policies, systems, processes, procedures, and general business practices using appropriate audit methodologies that are aligned with industry-relevant international practices and the long-term objectives of FAA.
3-Participate in the development of practice/service-related research, thought leadership and generation of market insights.
4- Participate in the communication of audit reports’ conclusions, including the follow up of the reporting progress on the corrective actions. 5- Participate in multiple projects or audits simultaneously and provide understanding of complex business processes, as well as identifying the full range of risks related to processes and compliance. Support the Department in managing any relevant stakeholder to optimize engagement outcomes. Assist in the establishment and maintenance of strong collaborations and partnerships.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education: 1- Bachelor's degree in finance/business/accounting (Masters preferred)
2-License/ Certification: Professional certifications such as CIA and CPA are preferred
3-Minimum Experience: 4-7 years of relevant experience
