OVERALL, PURPOSE
Leads the FAA entities in reducing the level of Fraud Risk.
Leads investigations audits to determine any infringement as per FAA law of establishment.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Establish FAA’s anti-fraud framework and set the requirements for anti-fraud procedures at the auditee’s level, and monitor compliance with FAA requirements related to reporting fraud cases.
· Establish, implement, and monitor whistleblowing tools and mechanisms.
· Manage and respond to whistleblowing reports received through FAA whistleblowing channels concerning contraventions committed in the entities subject to audit.
· Propose legislations, regulations, and policies to combat fraud and violations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Finance/Business/Accounting (Masters preferred)
License/ Certification:
Professional certifications such as CIA or CPA or ACCA or CA are required, Additional Fraud related certifications are preferred.
Minimum Experience:
10+ years of relevant experience
