About the Job:


An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate - Recruitment to join Dubai Holding Group Services. Responsibilities of this role:


Job Purpose: To Manage the talent acquisition process at Dubai Holding Group Services, implementing day-to-day activities that support the overall Talent strategy. Proactively identify and attract top talent to contribute to the success of Dubai Holding. Connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities.


  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, travel arrangements, and communication with candidates.
  • Utilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
  • Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Assist in the onboarding process by coordinating with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of the employer brand through social media, recruitment events, and other branding initiatives.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Generate reports and metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and discuss strategies for attracting top talent.

About you:


The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:


  • UAE National as per government requirements
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with experience in Emiratisation.
  • Knowledge of key HR frameworks such as employment law, organizational planning, talent management and talent acquisition.
  • Good decision making, facilitation and resolution skills.
  • Outstanding inter-personal, communication, and presentation skills and an ability to connect with people at all levels to drive successful relationships.
