Job Description

The objective of this role is to provide all administration support to Portfolio/Project Managers which includes existing services such as PR PO Initiation, resource onboarding, etc.


  • Support all Service Lines in setting up of Project financials ensuring all due diligence is fully complied with (Approved Business case, project governance structure for all commercial approvals, etc)
  • Support all Service Lines in facilitating the PR PO initiation for Portfolios/programs/projects within the approved TAT
  • Support teams to ensure all project invoices are timely processed
  • Liaise with various project teams and SVM to ensure all PO’s are appropriately closed for all completed projects
  • Liaise with various project teams and F&A team to ensure all completed projects are advised for capitalization of assets and closed in system
  • Establish regular reporting of all project financial processing matrices facilitating opportunities for improvements
  • Establish a unified onboarding/exit process to manage the workforce management stream facilitating timely onboarding of all project resources as demanded by the respective projects.
  • Establish, maintain, govern work force management stream by ensuring a common repository of all skill sets, rate cards , etc  and ensure current and pipeline demand is managed smoothly
  • Work with Group HR, IMAG and other support units to ensure smooth onboarding – one stop shop for all technology resource onboarding
  • Establish regular reporting of all demand management requirements facilitating opportunities for improvements. 

Qualifications
  • Graduate with broad knowledge of existing processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Expertise in MS Office Skills
  • Strong team orientation and initiative to improve operational processes
