Job overview: This role is suited for candidates with a strong

dynamic and challenging environment. The Senior Analyst will work closely with
the Director and play a key role in preparing decision making materials for
leadership.
Main responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed financial models,
including scenarios for M&A transactions, buyouts, and valuations.
Conduct market, industry, and company analyses to
support investment decisions.
Prepare reports and decision-making materials for
the Director, Board, and Investment Committee.
Support the evaluation and assessment of investment
opportunities across various asset
classes.
Establish and maintain reporting standards to
ensure consistent and highquality communication.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and
external stakeholders to provide accurate data and analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in
finance, economics, business, or a related field (preferably from a business
school).
1–3 years of work
experience, including internships, in banking, investment banking, private
equity, or M&A.
Experience
in reporting and preparing presentations for senior management.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data
into actionable insights.
Strong proficiency in
financial modeling and advanced use of MS Excel
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
