Senior Analyst - Data & Analytics (Looker)
Key Responsibilities:
•
Looker Management: Update and maintain Looker dashboards and reports to ensure accurate, complete, and timely data availability.
•
Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards that provide actionable insights for various stakeholders within the Finance community.
•
Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and provide insights to support decision-making processes, including exploring complimentary data sets to enhance decision making.
•
Reporting: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
•
Product Development Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development of new products, including chatbot solutions, by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
•
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance, Tech & Data, and other departments to understand data needs and deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
•
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance data analysis and reporting efficiency.
What You’ll Need To Succeed*Qualifications:
•
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
•
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a finance department.
•
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Looker, SQL, and data visualization tools. Experience with machine learning and/or generative AI is a plus.
•
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
•
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional and diverse teams.
•
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly and concisely.
•

What You'll Be Doing
Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with financial modelling and forecasting.
• Familiarity with other data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
