Overview of the role:
The Senior Analyst, Financial Services & Transformation will play a crucial role in supporting the financial services and transformation initiatives within the organization. This role involves analyzing financial data, building presentations, and providing support to the office to ensure the successful execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
The role will also help to enable a value-driven approach to driving key priorities, that emphasizes collaboration, speed, and efficiency and applied across all areas of the organization.
Key Elements of the Role:
- Business Program Management:
- Conduct business program management across the financial services and transformation office through the coordination and tracking of strategic projects.
- Support performance tracking and management against key value metrics through robust and timely measurement and analysis.
- Support the preparation of regular executive reporting and progress updates for the leadership team and board meeting preparation.
- Performance Management:
- Track and report on key performance metrics tied to the overarching value objectives (e.g., growth, engagement) as well as by key product lines.
- Derive insights from the analysis of customer and business data, leading indicators, and breakdown of key performance metrics to enable timely management decision-making and intervention.
- Team Organization & Culture:
- Act as a catalyst for transformation by building deep working relationships across functional team members.
- Strategic Planning & Analysis:
- Support the planning and development of key initiatives core to the strategic agenda, including data gathering and analysis, market research, business case development, and presentation preparation.
What you will do:
Data Analysis:
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on data analysis to support strategic initiatives.
Presentation Development:
- Create high-quality presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure that presentations effectively communicate key messages and insights.
Project Support:
- Assist in the planning and execution of financial services and transformation projects.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment and timely completion of projects
Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to financial services and transformation initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on performance analysis.
Automation & Technology
- Closely work with IT demand manager to ensure reports are being automated and available on real time basis
- Proficient in working on RPA tools e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism and Excel VBA
- Ability to work on big data analytics and system integration.
Required Skills to be successful:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience
- Finance background

What equips you for the role:
- A business or technical degree from a reputable institute.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in financial analysis, business consulting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience in project management and performance measurement.
