Senior Analyst - Business Information

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Analyst - Business Information for our trusted client to be based out of their office in Dubai.

Job Purpose:

• Inform HRD Leadership and Groups of company HR performance.
• Support the HR team by analysing corporate and group direction and objectives.
• Ensure effective use of data, BI tools and information by Human Resource Development units.
• Responsible for capturing and fulfilling Tableau reporting requirements from  Human Resources Development (HRD)
• Provide insight and analyses to the Human Resource Development leadership.
• Provide analytical and technical support to Human Resources Development.
• Critically assess the completeness of data and explore ways to fill information gaps to ensure that reports, dashboards and presentations developed are compelling, comprehensive and specific to the target audience.
• Capture requirements from various HRD units and deliver value adding activity in line with internal policies and BI best practices.

Key Accountabilities:

- Gather and analyse business requirements for reporting and information.
- Develop the processes required to translate available data into insightful information and identify and promote areas for improvement.
- Manage and ensure the implementation and completion of required actions from raw data to reports or dashboards.
- Proactively research and develop new or improved processes and tools for data analysis and reporting.

- Develop and manage a central repository of information requirements to enable effective implementation by the HRD & Business Information team.

- Proactively identify information gaps in the business and developed suggestions for improvement.
