About the Role:


Responsible for coordinating and leading Corporate Business Process Improvements and Innovation Initiatives
that enable the achievement of the organization’s effort for Corporate Excellence. Coordinates with sites and
support Divisions, closely monitors the Corporate Excellence initiatives implementation across the Company.
Provide support to Management in identification, development, and implementation of Integrated Management
System (IMS). Identifies the constraints, bottlenecks, challenges in the initiatives, and provide leadership/support for effective resolution.
• Study, understand and develop improvement opportunities for Corporate Support functions of the Company.
• Work as a change agent and develops improvement activities to achieve performance and corporate excellence in Support Functions of the Company.
• Identify and develop strategies for lean transformation, cost reduction and profit improvement in support functions across the company.
• Lead in Supporting the process of Excellence Initiatives Identification, Selection and Implementation across the company.
• Coach and support Excellence Culture and Transformational activities through Trainings, Seminars,Workshops and Awareness Sessions.
• Develop Company Business Strategy into Excellence Goals and Visible Metrics.
• Support and Ensure the Successful Implementation of the Integrated Management System (IMS) by conformance to National, International and ISO standards.
• Responsible for the maintenance of IMS and its compliance with applicable National and International IMS regulations.
• Lead the ISO Certification process to achieve and maintain the International Standards and ensures that existing certifications are renewed on time for the Company.
• Coordinate with various Functional Divisions across the Company and ensures the implementation of recommendations for the closure of audit points identified through Internal and External Audits as
• needed for the company related to IMS.
• Develops the IMS Audit plan and ensure that it is in line with the requirements of the IMS.
• Provide Guidance, Leadership and Coordination for maintaining the successful implementation of ADNOC Sour Gas Document Management System (DMS). Ensure an up-to-date repository of key identified documents.
• Carry out and conduct benchmarking assessments to identify excellence opportunities in the company Identify local, regional and international excellence awards for ADNOC Sour Gas to participate in.
• Lead the coordination of “Fekra” channel including receiving ideas and tracking the implementation of
approved ones Support to Senior Management Team
• Provide inputs and necessary analysis for initiating excellence initiatives within the company, and with key business stakeholders including executive management. Collaboration
• Participate in and develops understanding of collaborative initiatives planned by ADNOC Group Companies for Corporate Excellence.
• Coordinate and Lead the Development /Implementation of Corporate Excellence initiatives that are identified by the Company.
• Participate according to management priorities with other divisions in performance and business improvement initiatives.
• Liaise with external/internal auditors/consultants and ADNOC Group Companies for departmental and corporate activities and initiatives.
• Collect relevant information and coordinates necessary activities with identified external / internal parties to progress on job in hand.
• Perform other similar or related duties, as assigned.


Qualification & Experience:


**Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering discipline or equivalent.


*8 years’ diversified experience related to engineering, corporate excellence, performance management,
process re-engineering and change management, at least 4 years of which should have been in
corporate management support and consultancy preferably in the oil/gas or petrochemical industry.
