Job Description
- Develop and implement strategies to improve existing workflows, operational processes, and performance metrics, ensuring that the department continuously enhances its efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure that all departmental operations are in complete compliance with organizational policies, health performance standards, and regulatory requirements, applying best practices to maintain high standards.
- Apply technical expertise and guidance to Health Performance & Excellence department staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Review and document staff and customer suggestions, complaints, and feedback, preparing reports for the Head of Department to inform continuous improvement efforts.
- Implement the preparation of performance plans, training needs assessments, and evaluations for staff, ensuring alignment with department goals, and submit them to the concerned line manager.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth among administrative staff, in order to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned

Higher Diploma or Bachelors in Business Administration or a related field
