Job Description
- Ensure all transactions and processes are accurately recorded and efficiently managed within the relevant systems.
- Support departmental projects by providing administrative and process-related assistance.
- Deliver effective training and guidance to process champions across the organization to ensure adherence to established procedures.
- Coordinate and support the resolution of process-related inquiries, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and preparation of reports related to processes and performance metrics.
- Perform administrative and coordination tasks, including monitoring progress, following up on pending items, and ensuring timely completion of daily activities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by line manager
Baccalaureate in Data Analytics, Business Administration or any related field Certifications
Preferred: Certifications in Lean Six Sigma or Total Quality Management
