Role Overview


Join our our company as an Accounting Manager, where you’ll lead our financial strategy and team while directly contributing to the success of our brands. 


In this role, you’ll manage the financial complexities of a company with a physical inventory, helping streamline operations across various brands and product categories. You'll also drive improvements in accounting systems and processes, playing a critical role in our continued growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities


  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Drive and execute financial strategies to support growth, cash flow optimization, and cost management.
  • Team Management: Hire, lead, and manage a team of 4+ accounting professionals, ensuring their development and performance.
  • Inventory Accounting & Cost Control: Oversee all financial aspects of physical inventory management, collaborating with operations to manage inventory cycles, COGS, and cost control.
  • Technology Implementation & Automation: Lead the implementation and integration of accounting systems and automation tools.
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting, compliance with tax laws, and management of audits.
  • Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Analysis: Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, perform variance analysis, and provide actionable insights for business growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, operations, and other departments to align financial processes with business goals.
  • Project Management for Systems & Processes: Oversee the successful execution of financial projects, from software implementation to process optimization.
  • KPI & Performance Reporting: Implement systems to monitor and report on financial KPIs, using data to drive strategic decision-making.
