Senior Account Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead projects and manage client relationships in the MENA region. This role involves coordinating internal departments, engaging with existing and potential clients, and ensuring successful project execution in ecotech, renewable energy, and sustainability sectors.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end projects, from concept development to execution and post-project review.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, IT, Business Development, Finance, Marketing) to meet client requirements.Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including government agencies and large corporations in the MENA region.Lead junior project managers and interns by setting KPIs, providing support, and monitoring performance.Organize and deliver presentations and workshops for stakeholders.Oversee project finances, including budget control, cost analysis, and financial reporting.Manage contracts and third-party vendors, ensuring seamless workflows.Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Economics, or a related field.5–10 years of experience managing projects in ecotech, renewable energy, or sustainability sectors.In-depth knowledge of the MENA market, including regulatory frameworks and sustainability initiatives (e.g., Estidama, LEED, ISO 14001).Proven experience working with government agencies or large corporations in the region.Fluent in both Arabic and English (C1 level).Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools (Tableau, Power BI).Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.What We Offer:Hybrid Work Environment: Work remotely with 2–3 days a week in our modern Dubai office.International Team: Be part of a global, diverse, and dynamic team.Impactful Projects: Contribute to socially significant initiatives in sustainability, energy efficiency, and carbon footprint reduction.Career Growth: Grow within a fast-paced company at the forefront of the ecotech revolution.Job Type: Full-time
