JOB TITLE: Senior Account Manager, Strategic Communications (Arabic Speaker)
LOCATION: Abu Dhabi
REPORTING TO: Head of PR and Strategic Communications
TYPE: Permanent PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
In your role as Senior Account Manager, Strategic Communications you will thrive by serving as a strategic liaison between our agency and clients, fostering strong relationships built on trust and transparency. You will be able to respond to evolving client needs and market dynamics, ensuring that strategic communication initiatives align with and support the client's business goals.
This role involves developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that enhance the client's reputation, engage their audience, and drive business success. The role is responsible for fostering strong client relationships, overseeing the creation of high-quality Arabic content, leading and mentoring team members and managing media relations and PR initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Building and Maintaining Relationships: Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Strategic Planning: Creating and executing strategic communication plans to meet client objectives and business goals
Content Creation: Writing and overseeing the creation of high-quality content for various communication channels, including press releases, social media, and thought leadership pieces
Media Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with Arabic media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure impactful coverage, crafting culturally relevant pitches and press materials, and acting as liaison for Arabic media inquiries.
Performance Tracking: Monitoring and reporting on key account metrics, such as media coverage, share of voice, and campaign effectiveness.
Client Satisfaction: Ensuring client needs are met effectively and efficiently, and resolving any issues or complaints to maintain satisfaction
Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring junior team members
Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities with existing clients and working on expanding the client portfolio
WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships
Excellent project management to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Proficiency in analysing and interpreting data to ensure alignment between performance and strategic goals
Arabic is a must
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, or a related field
5-7 years of experience in account management and strategic communications or related roles
