Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading engineering software simulation company in Dubai, a prominent leader in engineering solutions that drive innovation in industries such as Aerospace & Defense and Oil & Gas.We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Account Manager to lead key client relationships and drive long-term value. This role requires a professional who can balance macro-level strategic insights with the ability to dive into details to deliver tailored solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Account Management: Lead and manage a portfolio of high-value client accounts, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and driving long-term success.- Client Relationship Building: Cultivate deep, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to establish yourself as a strategic advisor and go-to partner.- Opportunity Identification & Growth: Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, innovation, and value creation, ensuring that the client’s evolving needs are met.- Tailored Solutions Development: Collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions that address client challenges and align with broader market dynamics.- Market Insight & Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activity to anticipate client needs and position the company as a thought leader in the sector.- Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive revenue growth and long-term partnership sustainability.- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of client strategies and solutions.- Performance Metrics & Reporting: Monitor account performance and provide regular, data-driven updates to senior leadership, highlighting successes, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements- Proven experience in strategic account management, with a focus on long-term relationship building.- Strong ability to analyze and anticipate client needs and market trends.- Min 5 years of Technical sales experience and familiarity with simulation software or related industries preferred.- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership.- Ability to think strategically and deliver actionable results.
