Job Summary
To lead the fragrance business in primarily the assigned countries.
• To take over new countries once established sustainable growth in the region assigned to.
• To provide excellent leadership to IFF’s current agents / distributors in the region. To ensure IFF’s interests are represented in a positive and professional manner internally and externally.
• To create sales; identify opportunities and develop them into profitable sustainable business.
• Entrepreneur, self-managed and proactive.
• To be accountable for securing sales growth - as defined by the strategy - in a profitable and sustainable manner.
• To create a culture of excellence and success that instills belief in the team.
Sales and Profit
• To ensure that the full understanding of the fragrance potentials in the concerned markets by customer, country, and category are up to date at all times.
• To build and define a strategy for growth in the country that incorporates defense of current business, attack on competitors business, development of new customers, next generation variants and customer relationship development.
• To structure the strategy to deliver the budgeted growth per annum in both sales and OPBA.
• To identify key players within customers’ organizations and build appropriate direct IFF – customer relationships across their whole structure.
