Job Description

The Role:


The Senior Account Executive is involved with day-to-day support of client projects by drafting materials (i.e. stakeholder engagement plans, briefing documents, intelligence reports, executive positioning) and by conducting and analyzing research on a variety of client-related issues. The Senior Account Executive is responsible for coordinating client meetings and events, and working on client deliverables under the supervisor of a Consultant or assigned account manager. The Senior Account Executive is expected to demonstrate strong tactical abilities and writing fundamentals, and have strong written and oral communication skills. The Senior Account Executive will interface with all levels of staff and may have contact with staff members of the client’s organization regarding project issues.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Management:
    • primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and alignment with client goals.
    • Build strong relationships with clients, providing strategic counsel and ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
    • Lead day-to-day account activities, managing multiple projects and timelines across different client sectors 
  • PR & Media Relations:
    • Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns.
    • Maintain and grow media relationships, securing coverage in key publications and media outlets.
    • Draft press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials tailored to client needs.
  • Digital & Social Media:
    • Develop and execute integrated social media campaigns.
    • Provide strategic digital counsel to clients, ensuring alignment with broader communications goals.
    • Monitor and analyze digital performance, offering recommendations for optimization. 
  • Crisis Communications:
    • Support clients during crisis situations by developing crisis communication plans and managing media relations.
    • Provide on-the-spot strategic advice to navigate sensitive issues while protecting the client’s reputation.
  • Strategic Planning & Reporting:
    • Collaborate with the account team to develop annual or campaign-specific strategic communication plans.
    • Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance, delivering results-driven insights to clients.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, International Relations, Public Relations or Equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, strong attention to detail
  • Must reside in Dubai or be willing to relocate
