  • Manage thorough documentation of service tasks, encompassing repairs, replacements, and installations, and promote transparent communication with clients by furnishing comprehensive explanations of the executed work, essential repairs, and preventive maintenance measures.
  • Offer expert advice and suggestions to clients on energy-efficient cooling alternatives, proposing adjustments and enhancements to maximize system efficiency and decrease energy consumption.
