SENIOR A/C TECHNICIAN - ( 240001GD )
Description
To maintain Refrigeration & Air conditioning systems achieving the required/assigned targets of the work within the designated area of operations with minimum downtime meeting complete satisfaction of Clients & End users.
Carry out preventive & corrective maintenance works of Package type AC units, Split type AC units, Window type AC Units, Medium size AHUs, FCUs, Water coolers,
Refrigerators, Freezers etc
Troubleshoot system failures on all of the above equipment /systems with minimum downtime. Carry out brazing & welding works as required by the refrigeration industry. Installation of Window type AC units, Split type AC units & Package type AC units when required
Assist in compressor overhauling works as required
Assist in servicing larger capacity central AC systems maintenance works as required
§ Attend 24/7 standby duty as per duty roster
Carry out land and marine based work within the boundaries of the UAE Carry out any other appropriate works as assigned time to time Comply with companies EHS & Q regulations and Montréal protocol related to CFC refrigerants
Qualifications
Education/Qualifications
Secondary School Certificate (10th Standard) is a must and Higher Secondary School Certificate (12th Standard) is desirable. 1 year / 2 years ITI in the relevant trade is a must.
Skills/ Competencies/ Experience
§ 1 year ITI – 3 – 5 years relevant experience.
§ 2 years ITI – 2 - 3 years relevant experience.
§ Flexibility, Adaptability and service orientation.
Reliability and Commitment. Basic communication skills and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage.
§ Must be in the age group between 25 and 35 years of age.
Must be physically fit to perform the required job.
