Job Description
Understand, design, and create three-dimensional (3D) models based on clients' specifications and requirements to support them in visualizing the expected final product. Support the architectural team to create static visualizations and animations/CGI (computer-generated imagery) prior to the construction phase to enable concept understanding by the stakeholders. Develop in-house presentations, as required, for the team’s perusal and assist with informed decision-making for the planning of the projects. Create realistic 3D visuals to render the team to expedite the approval processes as required by the team. Work closely with the architects to ideate, plan, and visualize construction projects to present them clearly in a visually appealing manner to clients and relevant DAMAC stakeholders. Produce high-quality atmospheric visualizations for competition and client presentations ensuring the maintenance of DAMAC’s brand quality and image. Execute high-quality 3D walkthrough renderings and fly-through animations for enhancing DAMAC’s competitive image in the marketing environment and produce iterations ensuring the inclusion of the reporting line’s feedback. Keep track and maintain records of 3D assets including materials & textures and optimized 3D models for easy future reference by the team. Keep abreast of the latest developments in 3D design, capture, modeling tools & technologies, and industry-standard design programs ensuring precision in measurements and solutions provided.
