Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Oversee daily security operations, including patrolling, monitoring, and responding to incidents.
  • Ensure full compliance with SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Authority) guidelines and local legal requirements.
  • Lead and manage a team of security personnel, fostering high standards of vigilance and professionalism.
  • Organize regular training sessions, briefings, and drills to enhance emergency preparedness.
  • Review surveillance footage and prepare detailed reports on security incidents.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and recommend proactive enhancements to security measures.
  • Investigate and document incidents, thefts, and security breaches, providing actionable solutions to prevent recurrence.

Skills

  • SIRA Certification: Valid SIRA certification is mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Manager or in an equivalent role.
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of security systems, protocols, and incident management.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
  • Resilience: Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and provide quick, effective solutions.
  • Proficiency: Strong competency in reporting and documentation.
