Job Description

Job Purpose:


  • Manage the institutional leadership system, preparing plans for initiatives and supportive programs that contribute to strengthening the authority's pioneering position, general supervision of the authority's participation in local and international excellence programs, managing the authority's participation in external awards, following up on global competitiveness indicators, monitoring the competitive performance of the authority in global reports, and preparing development plans that enhance one of the leading positions of the authority at the level of indicators and enablers / institutional capabilities in coordination with the institutions and sectors of the authority.

Key Results Accountabilities:


  • Prepare the authority's internal/self-evaluation plan in accordance with the standards and requirements of the Dubai Government Excellence Program and supervising the management of evaluation sessions and submitting feedback reports
  • Qualify the authority's candidates to participate in all categories of the Dubai Excellence Medals through managing and implementing the Forsan Excellence program in addition to managing simulation and experimental evaluation sessions developing qualification and support plans and entering participation files in the electronic system of the Dubai Government Excellence Award
  • Prepare and develop the Authority’s participation map in local and international excellence programs in all its stages coordinate with the local and international entities in organizing the programs as well as working with institutional excellence committees/teams and departments to ensure the application of the standards and requirements of excellence programs in the authority in terms of corporate capabilities and performance indicators and ensure that all standards/requirements are met. and ensure the authority's readiness for external evaluations by the awards evaluation team
  • Supervise the preparation of development plans to close the gaps and improvement opportunities mentioned in the feedback reports issued by the internal and external evaluation processes in coordination with all departments follow up the implementation of the plans and submit periodic reports
  • Prepare and develop a plan for the Authority’s participation in global regional and local awards in coordination with all departments in the Authority following up the implementation of the plan and provide technical support through technical review of all files of the Authority’s participation in the awards. Enhance the files with pioneering practices and projects ensure that the files meet the standards and requirements in addition to constant communication with the international organizations organizing the awards.

Education:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or Information Technology from a recognized university, Master is preferred.

Skills:


  • 7 years of experience in a related field
  • Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
  • Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
  • Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation.
