Job Description
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, liaising with DHL, FEDEX, UPS, SMSA, TNT and Saudi post.
- Liaising with Group HR departing for different business processes.
- Typing, preparing and collating reports
- Assisting the company’s General Manager in processing business trips, travel and hotel bookings.
- Documentation tasks related to all administrative function.
- Forwarding Purchase/Sales inquiries to respective Department Heads.
- Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
- Managing Databases.
- Preparing reports and sharing with General Manager if and when instructed.
- Prioritizing workloads.
- Facilities Management, scheduling interviews and arranging visit visa invitations.
- Managing events/meetings and making logistical and transportation arrangements.
Skills
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in administration studies or higher qualification
- Minimum of 2 in Office Management & Administrative Support
- MS Office & other relevant software’s
- Administration/secretarial role
- Proficiency in English, and Arabic if needed
- Proficiency in English, and Arabic if needed
