Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our secondary sales team at Driven Properties. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the UAE real estate market and at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of real estate agents, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents specializing in secondary property sales.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure continuous improvement and high levels of productivity.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and professional development.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and client preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other key stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of property listings, ensuring high-quality marketing materials and accurate property information.
- Provide guidance and support to agents in negotiating deals, closing transactions, and handling client inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to support overall business objectives and enhance the customer experience.
