We are currently recruiting for a School Registration Officer- SPEA Experience for our client to be based out of their Sharjah.

Purpose-

A School Registration Officer with SPEA (Sharjah Private Education Authority) experience typically has a role centered around managing and overseeing the registration process for students at a school, particularly in Sharjah, UAE.

Role-

  • Manage the entire student registration process, from initial inquiry to final enrollment.
  • Ensure all student records are accurately maintained and updated in the school’s database and the SPEA portal.
  • Guide parents and students through the registration process, answering any questions and providing necessary information.
  • Ensure that all registration processes and documentation comply with SPEA regulations and guidelines.
  • Prepare and submit required reports and data to SPEA within specified deadlines.
  • Stay updated with any changes or updates in SPEA policies and ensure the school adheres to them.
  • Collect, verify, and process all necessary student documentation, including birth certificates, passports, visas, academic records, and other required documents.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records, both physical and electronic, for all registered students.
  • Handle sensitive student information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the school and SPEA for registration-related matters.
  • Liaise with parents, students, and external agencies to ensure smooth registration and transition processes.
  • Coordinate with the admissions team, teachers, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting open houses, school tours, and other admissions events.
  • Support the admissions team in achieving enrollment targets by providing efficient registration services.
  • Generate and analyze reports on student enrollment trends, registration status, and compliance with SPEA requirements.
  • Provide regular updates to school leadership on registration progress and challenges.
  • Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to student registration.
  • Manage appeals or complaints related to the registration process in a timely and professional manner.
