Job Description
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and highly organized
Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our school in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of UAE government regulations, be well-versed in handling all necessary approvals, and ensure compliance with local authorities.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all school-related documentation, approvals, and renewals with government authorities (KHDA, MOH, Immigration, Labour, etc.). Ensure compliance with UAE laws and school regulations. Process visas, licenses, permits, and employee documentation. Establish and maintain professional relationships with various government departments. Handle official school correspondence and public relations matters. Ensure timely submission and completion of all legal and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years of PRO experience in
schools or educational institutions in Dubai. Strong knowledge of
KHDA, MOH, and other relevant authorities’ procedures. Fluent in
English and Arabic (spoken and written). Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. Valid UAE driving license.
