Job Description
Develop and manage sales strategies to drive growth in the Saudi market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in Saudi Arabia.
Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Regularly travel to Saudi Arabia to meet clients, present products, and close deals.
Provide excellent after-sales support and customer service to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the UAE team to coordinate sales efforts, product launches, and marketing campaigns for the Saudi market.
Skills
Proven sales experience, preferably in the Fragrances, Flavors, Paint, Coating, Ink, or Packaging industries.
Fluency in Arabic (a must), with a strong understanding of Saudi business culture.
Willingness to travel regularly to Saudi Arabia or be based there with frequent trips to the UAE.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Knowledge of Saudi market dynamics, regulations, and customer base is a plus.
Must be Graduate of Chemistry or Chemical engineering, either from industry of fragrance or flavors .
