We are currently seeking a SAP Project Manager for one of our very well-known American multinational clients, to be based in their Dubai office.
Job Purpose:
As an SAP Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of SAP implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external vendors to ensure the seamless integration and operation of SAP solutions. Job Description:
- Lead the planning and implementation of SAP projects, including requirements gathering, project scope definition, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial targets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery while managing stakeholder expectations.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively, taking proactive measures to address challenges.
- Oversee resource allocation, ensuring the right mix of skills and expertise across the project team.
- Maintain strong communication with senior management and business units to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Coordinate and liaise with third-party vendors, contractors, and consultants when necessary.
- Ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and go-live support.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met and project costs are controlled.
- Provide post-implementation support, ensuring smooth transition and operational success.
