7+ years of SAP ISU experience, including 3+ years of implementation and 4+ years of supportexperience.
Strong SAP ISU module configuration expertise, including Billing, Invoicing, Device Management, and Meter-to-Cash processes.
Hands-on experience in system integration with billing (Rate Determination, Rate Category, Rate Type, and Rate Relationship) and BPEM & exception management.
Familiarity with Work Management applications (Click) and Work Order Management (Service Orders, Work Orders, etc.)
Nice to Have:
SAP Certification in ISU
