Job Description

Position Summary:


We are seeking an experienced SAP HR Administrator with expertise in SAP S/4 HANA on Cloud and SuccessFactors to join our IT team. This role will be responsible for the maintenance and ongoing development of the SAP applications. It involves ensuring the effective use of SAP technology to support our business goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for day-to-day management, administration, and maintenance of all HR systems. This includes access management, maintenance of role principles and controls and management of custom fields, forms, searches and workflows.
  • Provide first line support to HR systems users. Be the primary contact for query resolution.
  • Responsible for updates to HR systems master data (e.g. payroll, holiday etc..) carrying regular audits to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate with other HR systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.
  • Support the development of testing plans to ensure routine upgrades are tested.
  • Maintain all HR systems policies and procedures documentation, to include administration, integrations, and workflows.
  • Provide challenge to existing policies and processes to ensure system capabilities are being optimized. Stay informed about new releases to identify opportunities for enhancements.
  • Collaborate to identify and document the process and system improvements that will drive greater efficiency and employee control.
  • Build an effective relationship with HR system vendors and provide key support in managing contracts and the budget.
  • Work closely with the wider HR team to provide hands-on support for the delivery of the agreed transformation projects.
  • Work with IT development to support business as usual improvements

Qualifications & Skills Required:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a SAP HR Administrator, with hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA HCM on Cloud and SuccessFactors, ideally within the real estate or property development sector in the UAE or GCC.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of HR processes and ERP integrations. Proficiency in SAP data management, reporting, and analytics tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Language: Strong communication skills in English.
