Job Description

This is a hybrid role that requires both in-office work and off-site client acquisition. As a Salesperson, you will spend part of your time in our Sharjah office, managing administrative tasks and client communications, and the other part actively hunting for new leads and building relationships with potential clients off-site.

You will be responsible for driving business growth by securing new customers and maintaining existing client relationships. Your performance will be assessed solely based on your ability to meet and exceed sales targets, acquire new clients, and retain them through excellent customer service. Success in this role depends on your initiative, client-focused approach, and results-driven attitude.



  • Contribute to increasing company profits through fruitful customer relationships.
  • Present reports of potential prospects to the management for aiding critical business decisions.
  • Study company targets about sales activities and strive for the continuous implementation of the same.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze the sales prospects.
  • Ensure dynamic communication with clients through online and offline modes, thereby promoting company products and services.
  • Leveraging different promotional modes like traditional marketing, social media, email marketing, etc., to advertise the company's products.

  1. Goal-Oriented Sales Planning: Ability to analyze sales goals, identify target customers, and address challenges before implementing sales strategies.
  2. Strong Communication Skills: Skilled in formal communication with clients, the internal team, and management, ensuring clarity through documentation and discussions.
  3. Customer-Centric Approach: Expertise in approaching new and existing customers with exceptional service standards, building strong client relationships.
  4. Sales-Driven Focus: Demonstrated ability to consistently drive sales, work effectively within a team, and meet performance goals.
  5. Client Engagement & Product Presentation: Proficient in engaging clients and effectively presenting product or service data to generate potential leads.
  6. Balance Client and Company Interests: Capable of aligning client requirements with company policies to improve profit margins while maintaining positive customer relationships.
  7. Proven Sales Experience: Experience in sales, preferably within a typing center or government services sector.
  8. Negotiation & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust and close deals.
  9. Ambitious & Self-Motivated: Highly ambitious and self-driven, with a focus on achieving sales targets and contributing to the company’s success.
  10. Flexibility & Independence: Flexible and adaptable, able to work both in-office and off-site, while independently generating leads and acquiring customers.
