Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understand clients' needs and negotiate with them.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing needs are met.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
- Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close sales deals.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of recycled base oil and lubricants to effectively present solutions to clients.
- Sales Reporting: Regularly update sales reports, pipeline, and forecasts to track progress and performance.
- Collaboration with Team: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align strategies and ensure successful delivery of products or services.
- Client Feedback: Gather client feedback to improve service quality and assist in product or service enhancement.
