Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by acquiring new business opportunities in the kitchen equipment industry, specifically targeting large hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with high-profile clients, including distributors and procurement managers in the hospitality industry.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts, ensuring long-term partnerships with key customers.
- Stay informed of market trends, competitor activity, and technological advancements in kitchen equipment.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the unique selling points and benefits of the company’s product line.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive campaigns, attend trade shows, and represent the company at industry events.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for senior management.
- Provide input on product development and market needs based on customer feedback and market research.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales within the kitchen equipment, hospitality, or related industries.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing high-value accounts.
- Deep understanding of the kitchen equipment market, including customer preferences and product trends.
