Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Position Overview:3 months contractual role Provides strategic guidance and expertise to clients, whilst overseeing the project from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities:Lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including email marketing, automation, journey builder, and data management.Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, providing guidance and best practices to internal teams and clients.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective marketing strategies and campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Oversee the integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.Develop and execute data-driven segmentation strategies to target audiences effectively, leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud's capabilities for personalized and relevant communication.Experience with building strategies for end customers to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth.Drive continuous improvement through campaign analysis, A/B testing, and performance optimization, maximizing ROI and customer engagement. Requirements:**Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.7+ years of experience in marketing automation, with a strong focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and experience with integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing strategies, leveraging data-driven insights and segmentation techniques.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and drive actionable insights for optimization.Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Administrator).
